Contains 16 and 32 bit versions of icon library.
16 bit version compatible with ICLView, ICLRead, Microangelo, ArtIcons, eXeScope and other Icon Library or 16-bit executables editors.
32 bit version also compatible with Resource Hacker, Restorator, PE Resource Explorer and other 32-bit executables editors.

I considered some some of the proposed icons from this thread and added them to the new version.

Can you design an icon for the command cm_50Percent?

I am missing cm_Combine, cm_Split and cm_UnloadPlugins.
If possible, take djorge's proposal and not only do it for 50% but for all percentages like 10, 20, 30, etc..., can be set with a simple AutoHotkey-script.
