New lister plugins -baseview and flashview

Post by *djk »

Hi,

There is a new version of DBFview plugin - it's now called BaseView 1.0
http://www.stayathome.nm.ru/files/wlx_baseview_1.0.rar

I've found also a new plugin (I haven't seen it before - even at Maxwish's site). It's the same author's plugin - FlashView 0.2 Alpha - it's Shockwave Flash (*.swf) viewer.

Well Baseview doesn't work at all in my environment. I used the TC installer which added the appropriate line to wincmd.ini and placed an additional DETECT for DBFs in there. Baseview doesn't activate when I select a DBF file, showing the default lister instead.

So I have switched back to CDBF for the time being.

Of course you removed dbfview before and restarted TC?
Maybe try to remove all lister plugins and install only baseview to check if it works (make copy wincmd.ini before to easily back to old configuration).
If it works - install next plugins to see which one makes conflict.
I'm not the author of the plugin so... that's all what I can only suggest.

FlashView 0.9 Beta

Post by *djk »

There is a new version of flashview plugin - FlashView 0.9 Beta - http://www.stayathome.nm.ru/files/wlx_flashview_0.9.rar
There is a big step in versions (form 0.2 alfa to 0.9 beta) but... I've found that the old version viewed more files properly. Current version can't display some files - I don't know why. :-(

NEW:
There is FlashView 0.95 Beta 2 - http://www.stayathome.nm.ru/files/wlx_flashview_0.95.rar
The bugs I've written before are corrected. :-)

There is a new version of baseview plugin 1.1
http://www.stayathome.nm.ru/files/wlx_baseview_1.1.rar

Now, it's multilanguage version :-)
It allows to:
- filter records (it's really nice option),
- edit the table.
- show table info ,
- export data to HTML and CSV.
- do other things...

Unfortunately it still doesn't allow to sort records but... let's hope :-)

Maxwish - there is also readme in English (you waited for it) :-)
