Feat. req.: cm_SyncChangeDir

In FTP mode we often have synchronized windows and do turn on the snchronized change dir mode any time an ftp connection is on. An option to wcx_ftp.ini could be added to initially turn cm_SyncChangeDir on.

In the thread you mentioned, I requested it a second time. Seems like mr. ghisler was not too interested in implementing this.
