Register new plugin (.New Framewok wrapper) on totalcmd.net

I want register new plugin on totalcmd.net.
.Net framework wrapper, without register dll, for simply creating new plugin for Total Commander in CSharp or VB, but I can't find register page on . Thx

Is this plugin wrapper still maintained? If so, I have two requests:

1) Installation for other .NET plugin would be easier if they would not have to copy libraries to both TC root and plugin directories.
2) The error dialog displays Czech buttons. Could you please translate?

3) .NET 1.1 WFX supports FSExecuteFile with verbs=properties whereas .Net 2.0 WFX does not.
