I am thinking about downloading the latest beta of Longhorn and check it out, but I cannot imagine a life without Total Commander on my PC
Have anyone tried to run it on Longhorn? If so ,does it work?

Greetings, dear freshman!
1. Locate button "Search".
2. Press it.
3. Enter "Windows Vista".
4. Press the [Enter] key on your keyboard.
5. Like magic, isn't it?

My favorite Islay, but the Bowmore is pretty good too!

Well, the Laphroig is pretty good, but I miss something in it... Compare it with Laphroiag and you will understand what I mean.

Make sure you use TC 6.55. Most functions work, but you cannot for example access files/directories where full admin rights are required. For now, you need to right click on the Total Commander shortcut and choose "Run as administrator" even if you are already logged in as admin!
I plan to add functions like "copy elevated", but I haven't found any examples on how to do that yet, so I'm still waiting for some documentation and examples from Microsoft.

As a workaround, you can use Cut/Copy & Paste from the right-click menu. It then uses the Windows method for copying, and the elevation dialog appears.
