Problems with Desktop dir in TC

Post by *Dinko »

When I try to open zip files from Desktop dir with Enter they don't open in Total Commander like when I'm in other directories but with 7Zip. How can I force them to open in TC?
Also there are other problems with Desktop dir, like when I'm trying to copy something from it, I have to press copy twice because first time it shows "Error copying file".

One more vote to disable such buggy function.

Put the desktop into Directory Hotlist (you may use variables like: %$DESKTOP% or %$COMMON_DESKTOPDIRECTORY%).
TC for Linux please!

Thanx for answers. Now I don't use virtual Desktop folder but Documents & Settings\User\Desktop folder (it's also in my directory hotlist) and everything works perfect.
