Sorry, was away and did not see your message. Another user had reported the same problem a while ago, but when I got to check it everything was already working fine both for me and him. Please, try it again, and if the problem persists post me the FTP log of the connection.

Perhaps some DB issues because its Russian mirror http://wincmd.ru/ works fine.
http://wincmd.ru/ is way more convenient and it offers its own forum, albeit everything is only available in Russian tongue. Judging by the last news post being from September 2015 the site isn't maintained actively anymore.
Being nostalgic, I miss the opportunity on totalcmd.net to comment/discuss on the plug-in download page directly, like we had many years ago.

Can't confirm. Perhaps the issue has been fixed meanwhile. With totalcmd.net it's a good idea to check again later .

What do you see? I still get only this: Image: http://i.imgur.com/I4DuiU1.png
EDIT: totalcmd.net content is back online here now, too. Though it's strange that Dalai reported to see the site content back online much sooner, while I checked both the URL and the IP with different browsers and it was not available to me. How is that possible?
EDIT2: Friday morning June 9th the content at totalcmd.net is gone again.

Try totalcmd.net without the www prefix. The two names may be routed differently.
