Plugin package improvements

The plugin package installation using the pluginst.inf provided within the package was a great improvment over the previous manual installation.

I'd like to suggest a few further improvements to the pluginst.inf and the handling of this file.

Handling:
First of all, automatically copy the pluginst.inf to the plugin target directory. The information provided could be used by the plugin management of Total Commander, suggested here

Improvements:
Website - URL to the website of the plugin.
UpdateLocation - URL to a simple text file which contains the current plugin version in the first line and the URL to the current plugin archive in the second line
LongDescription - Extended description which can be displayed by the plugin management in the about box of a plugin
Architecture - States which bit systems the plugin supports, comma separated: 32,64
Author - Name/Alias of the plugin author
Support - URL to a website offering support, preferably a plugin support thread of this board
Version - version of the plugin


No big changes, just a few additions, which I believe would improve the handling and offer a convenient way to update of plugins.
