SFTP Addon cannot install

Has anyone else had this issue when trying to install the SFTP addon?

c:\windows\wincmd.ini is there!

Maybe you don't have write rights to wincmd.ini?

Try setting the location of wincmd.ini in the registry with the tool inireloc.

I reinstalled and moved the ini file to my user folder (which I wanted to do anyways). Then I went and redownloaded SFTP, and it appears he is using a new installer now. Either way, it worked okay.
