AlwaysCopyInBackground, drag'n'drop & SHIFT+F5 copy

I have not reported this as a bug because there might be a chance it is intentional. Please move it to the "bugs" if it actually is one.

If one has set AlwaysCopyInBackground=2, wouldn't it be nice if drag'n'drop copy (and i assume move too) was done via the background manager? In pb4, if it is set to 1 it always works in background but if it is set to 2, drag'n'drop performs a foreground copy instead of using the background manager.

Ok, this thing happens with SHIFT+F5 too so now i consider it to be a bug.
