Imagine (Lister plugin for viewing img files) v. 2.0.1 (Jun 7 2025)

Is it only with a certain size (pixelwise) of image, or is it with all sizes of images, that you experience this? Is it only with .jpg's ?

With various size of image, but just tested it with jpg file, which is the only filetype I currently have in my computer.
I guess there's a problem with screen redrawing, probably would happen with other filetypes too.

I cannot confirm this. Here it works as expected.

I tested on other PC (WINXP SP2 CZ, TC7.0b1, Imagine 1.0.0.0 beta 2; configurations same as my PC) and error is hanging on. I opened *.jpg file.

If you want to disable the toolbar in Lister (not Quick view) you have to use "View" (tab) -> "Toolbar".

The "Lister" (tab) -> "Don't show toolbar in quick view" is for use when you pres Ctrl+Q in TC!

Sorry, but if i press F3, picture is open in imagine in full screen, but i see LISTER toolbar on top (grey stripe with file, edit, preferences, help), not imagine toolbar with icons. I press ENTER, full screen mode is changed to window mode, i press ENTER again and i see picture again in full screen and LISTER toolbar is disappear.
When I disable "View" (tab) -> "Toolbar" , I never see IMAGINE toolbar(in window, in full screen), but LISTER toolbar in full screen persist.

No problem, I'm cool with posting any updates related to Imagine here. I invited nyam to continue discussion about his plugin here as well (as he used to do long ago), but sadly he hasn't shown up here since.


Btw, saving to BMP-format is broken in the current release. Can anybody confirm?

Yes the saved file is unreadable in any program!

Hi Peter,

Really, there are several changes in the beta5 translation respect to beta4. The template of languages wasn't updated . You can try compare the korean language from beta4 with beta5.
There are about twenty new strings: for statusbar (time on load), tooltips for toolbar, the new window for commands history...

Try to edit the main menu, and put the next in menu > Edit > under "redo" :

Well, after un-upx'ing the DLL file and finding all the new strings - I finally succeded to make a new translation (same link).

For those who might be interested, here are the new strings in beta 5:

I don't know - I simply just found string 30002 and 30009 along with the other new strings after first un-upx'ing imagine.dll and then looking through the string table using ResHacker.
