Why TC does not activate the existing tab?

I apologise for my english as i am not native speaker.
If this is still not clear i am seriously considering to go to the English language course.
I suggest to stop this thread as it is deviating from the orginal post.
Which part you need to be translated into English although the orginal post is still in English (could be with some grammatical mistakes)Could someone translate this into English?
I am saying that if you are navigating folder2 while you are in folder1, it does not activate the existing tab folder2, but renames tab folder1 to tab folder2. In this way you will have copy of tab folder2.Is he saying that activating the second tab creates a third? I haven't seen that behaviour.

This issue of tab behavior points up once again how much superior SpeedCommander's tab navigation options are:
SpeedCommander Tab Properties Dialog
These options can really make a big difference in how one uses tabs.
Also, by default, attempting to "violate" SC's navigation settings for a tab (by attempting a navigation not allowed by the tab's properties) activates the first tab on the left (of the active panel) and navigates inside it. Since this behavior is invariant, one never finds oneself in an unexpected new tab that one didn't request.
It would be even better to be able to specify which behavior you want by adding the following options to SC's already robust list:
Honestly though, even TC's reduced tab control is better than most of its other competitors'.

On attempting proscribed navigation in this tab, do the following:
[x] Navigate in first tab on left
[ ] Navigate in tab labeled [XYZ ]
[ ] Navigate in new tab

Oy!
sujanlal - no need to apologise for your English. Yes, your phrasing is unusual but it seems the matter is not quite as simple as I first thought.
I don't believe that I'm familiar with this tab behaviour at all.
2JohnFredC - could you help me, John? You refer to proscribed tab behaviour - working in one panel in one folder does something peculiar in the other. Is that the gist?
I was one of the very first to register WC/TC years ago and there's possibly properties of the program that might be of interest to me, or ones that I should keep well clear of. And other members of the forum. And people I normally recommend TC to.
