Disable keyboard repeat delay

Is there a way to disable keyboard repeat delay?

When I use the keyboard in filelists the repeat delay is anoying.

I have set windows Keyboard delay to short(?) in controlpanel, but I
want to disable it completly, perhaps only in TC.

I have to slowdown my workspeed because of this delay!

I think it's first set up in you BIOS....

This is the shortest possible, windows cannot do it any quicker.

As well as Keyboard delay, I can say the same about the mouse speed, mine all the way up, and it's still to slow!
