I hope that Switzerland shall not adopt that EU ruler, even if it's limited...
Or else, you could have the extreme solution to base Ghisler & C° in a place where these patents are not applied, for instance in the Lichtenstein. There are so numerous Companies for Computer science in that country: http://de.welcome.li/liechtenstein-internet-127.html
