where to get languange files

Where can i get languange file in english for translation purporses.
With instalaion i got only the menu file, but i want to translate everything.

Am I correct when assuming you are a translator and this is the new wcmd_eng for 6.01?

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.
