Help needs to install WinCEFS plugin to TC755

I have the following error msg when try to install the WinCEFS.wfx:

Error loading plugin file!
The plugin probably needs some DLLs missing on your system.

Any help ?

sorry, but I have missed that MS AS must be installed before installing
the plugin. Sorry again for the bandwith....

Yes, ActiveSync is required for Windows XP and older.

Windows Vista and 7 need an update of the Mobile Device Center to version 6.1:
