Can it be that autocomplete-filters in configuration dialog are not working? I have never used that filter settings. For making german language file I have tried them to get an idea about what they do. In older versions of syn plugin they work.
Edit: Have tested again. It's my mistake. Autocomplete filtering is still working.
Another point: By pressing Ctrl+Space for opening autocomplete popup, syn writes instandly "<" to screen. If I use any tag from list, the Html tag is completed correctly. But if I don't want to use any tag and close list with "Esc" then the "<" char is still at the screen. I know you have improved autocomplete feature a lot. So if it is neccessary for the improved auutocomplete feature, it is no problem for me.
I've finished translating to SimplifiedChinese of current beta version.
But there're some problems.
Some hints of the buttons in tool bar and middle-separator bar can't show,after switching to SimplifiedChinese.
The hint can't be captured.
You can try it by yourself with Simp. Chinese,I've sent you a email.
Move mouse on "Paste" toolbar button and the hint is a blank rectangle.Also the same to "Toggle syntax tree","Comment line","Uncomment line" buttons in the vertical toolbar.
I tried both Chinese and Japanese language in syn2(plugin and standalone) in Simplified Chinese Windows 7. The issue about toolbar button's hint I posted still exists.

I have tested chinese on windows 7 32-bit german. Chinese symbols are properly shown for toolbar hints here. Everything fine here for chinese/japanese. Only keyboard configuration dialog is not ok. Alex knows it.
I also see that hint for "create sync range" is not ok.
