Could it be unicode?Why mine is GB2312 now?

AFAIK it can be ANSI/ASCII only, Windows or DOS.

Indeed I'm not aware of any Unicode extensions of descript.ion. Therefore you should set the language for non-Unicode programs in control panel to your primary language.
