Sorting folders

I'm trying to sort folders by their creation date/time but nothing seems to happen when I click on the DATE column. Works for files.

Am I missing something? Is this possible (with or without plugins).

Take a look at "Configuration - Options - Display".
Set Option "Sorting Directories: Like files"
