How do I clear the directory history list?

Hi everyone. I have what may be an FAQ, but I couldn't find the answer. I have a long list of files in my directory history list (alt-down). How do I clear this list? And how do I disable these directories from being saved on exit?

The easiest way I have found to do anything with TC's History, is to utilize wincmd.ini's ability to redirect.
Example:

[LeftHistory]
RedirectSection=wincmd_History-LR.ini
[RightHistory]
RedirectSection=wincmd_History-LR.ini

Then if you want to clear the History, just delete wincmd_History-LR.ini
It will be in the same location as wincmd.ini

Delete the following sections in your wincmd.ini file:
[RightHistory]
[LeftHistory]

And how do I disable these directories from being saved on exit?

"Configuration" -> "Options..." -> "Operation" -> "Save on exit" -> "Directory history"
