tab sort order

hi
- the should be sort order set only for current tab, not for whole panel
- the config files should be saved in appdata on default, not in program files

The config files are saved in appdata by default.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.
