Drag&Drop with Administrator rights is unavailable

If you start TC with administrator rights when UAC is activated, you cannot drop from external program (ie explorer, Outlook ...) in TC.

This isn't a TC bug, it's a Windows security "feature": Windows does not allow drag&drop between elevated and non-elevated programs. However, copy&paste does work.
