support MPO picture files in total commander

Hi,

can you please handle MPOs like JPGs?

Some 3D cameras (Fujifilm FinePix Real 3D W1/W3, Nintendo 3DS) are creating MPO files to store the pictures for the left/right side ide, but basically its just a jpeg. Can you please handle MPO files in the "Source: Thumbnail View) like JPG files? This will display only the left eye image, but for managing pictures thats more than enought.

I added a simple .reg file to allow even Windows Explorer / Windows Photo Viewer to display the files, so I can use Explorer at the moment, but not my great TC... If I rename a .jpg file to .mpo and enable plugin extraction of thumbnails in TC for *.mpo. then my Imagine plugin generates a thumbnail.

I can not make IrfanView do the same.

Works perfectly here (with IViewAdditionalTypes=*.MPO of course)
