FTP still locked at 50Ko/S

Hi
i already had this problem in TC7, and i thought it would be corrected in TC8 but it doesn't seem to be...
when uploading via ftp, the best speed i can get is 50Ko/s while filezilla, with no settings tweaks whatsoever, straight from install, goes to 250...
how can i solve this? it's a bit of a pain to have to use filezilla each time i ipload a big file...

Try setting a larger upload block size. The default is 512 bytes, which isn't really suited for high speed connections.

In wcx_ftp.ini under section [General] , add the following line:
UploadBlockSize=32768

It's in wcx_ftp.ini, not wincmd.ini. You can edit it via menu Configuration - Change settings files directly. This opens both ini files.

You can add it yourself if it's missing.
