Mr. Ghisler thank You for the best file manager! It can do real wonders.
I'd like to ask You to give us one more wonder.
It would be very useful for those who has hierarchical database with many levels especially office workers (if it is necessary I can give some
real examples) to have opportunity to work with a list of all folders (sub-folders) (Something like Ctl + b for files but for folders) to sort it
by different columns (alphabet for example) and then for selected folders in the second/same panel have their consistence.
This problem in some part can be solved in such way
1) find all the folders in some folder
2) the results output on the panel
3) Create customs columns with one more column Name (by the standard column name it is impossible to sort correctly as it has full ways)
4) Then we have opportunity for different sort
5) Ctr + Left/Right over the folder to see it consistence.
But how to see this for several selected folders at the same time??? (cm_DirBranchSel (Ctrl+Shift+B)).
This feature can be also applied for tree panel (select folders - Ctrl+Alt+B - on the second panel see all their files).
I hope that You can create something simple and very useful as Ctl + b but for list of folders.
With best regards, your user.
Suggestion for improvement the folder/file navigation.

Sorry for my English maybe I have explained not clearly.
MVV, I do as You wrote. But after that I cannot select several folders and in the second panel see a list of files that are located in them. For one I can (Ctr + Left/Right over the folder) but not for several. And also I want to do all the process faster (by one step using some hot key) as it can be used very often for different folders.

Sorry, you cannot combine the view of multiple selected folders this way.

george123,
You can achieve this (part of) by using the quicksearch function with config set to:
- goto (Configuration - Options - Quick Search)
- select one of (Ctrl+Alt+letters / Alt+letters / Letters - with search dialog)
- select (Beginning) in 'Exact name match' if you want to be able to select directories on start of their names
How it works:
- open your directory in a pane
- do quick search by Alt+Letters/Ctrl+Alt+Letters/Letters
- with Ctrl+S you can modify behavior to still see al directories or ONLY the ones that are of interest for you
- select your directories and press Ctrl+Shift+B
