Windows 8 Developer Preview [Error When Deleting File]

Below is the text taken immediately after deleting a file.
TC freezes, but the file DOES go to the recycle bin.

Shortcut Properties....

Set Compatibility to XP Service Pack3
Set Run As Administrator


It works fine now.

Or give the recent beta version of TC8 a try:

OMG errr Omega..it's all Greek to me.

But I did as you suggested. Installed the beta and it seems to
be working fine.

Am I anxiously awaiting TC-Metro???? NOT!!!

While I could imagine TC in Metro style, I don't think it is possible. TC would have to use WinRT which means two things:
First, significant rewriting of its code.
And second, WinRT apps cannot access the file system. The author would have to find some kind of workaround, but then TC would not be allowed to be in the Windows Store. And there are some rumors, that users won't be able to install Metro apps, that are not available in the Windows Store.
