increase number of simultaneous ftp files upload?

Hi
is there a way, like in filezilla, when you upload thousands of files to a server, to send, like ten in the same time?
i mean, TC sends them one at a time, and it takes hours, while filezilla allows to increase the simultaneous transfert to 10 and it takes only minutes...
can TC do that too?
