No F2 Queue in copy dialog (F5) ?

While coping files from Novell Netware to Novell Netware,
the copy dialog hasn't got "F2 Queue" button, why?
TC 8.0b17a (32-bit) #41627 / WinXP Pro SP3 32-bit
