Extend HideRemovableNoMedia working area

Currently, HideRemovableNoMedia key allow to hide drives only from the drive bar and drive combobox. But there are two more places in TC where list of drives is present:
1) "Drive not found" dialog;
2) Find files -> "Select drives" dialog.

I think, the key HideRemovableNoMedia should allow to hide empty-slot drives from these places too. Actually, the "Drive not found" dialog shows almost the same combobox as Alt+F1/Alt+F2, so it's logical if HideRemovableNoMedia=2 would work for this dialog too. As for "Select drives" dialog, a new bit-value 4 could be introduced to sum up with other possible values.
