[b18 x64] how to sort directories ?

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Win7x64

I cannot sort directories

How I can do this ? or this is a bug?

PS
if I remember correct then in previously version sorting is working
