Show overlay icon exclude net

Hi,

Would be fine if I can set up "show overlay icon" and have a setting "not on net".
When I have this settings slow devices will reload icons very slowly, even if I am on local network on wifi it is very slow, but on VPN connections it is incredibly slow.

You can use the option EXE/LNK not on net, this will also turn off overlay icons on network drives.
