Buttons to go to up directory (..) root (\) missing Solved

On top right of both panels there were buttons to go to up directory (..) as well to root (\), which vanished perhaps by changing some option in congregation by me.
How can I restore these buttons.

Configuration - Options, Layout page, Show buttons for history list and hotlist.

You are right but I think my question was not clear. Buttons for history and hotlist are not gone. Infact I wanted to configure to display buttons to:

1. Button to up one up directory tree.
2. Button to go root directory of current drive.

You need to have "Show drive buttons" or "Show drive combobox" enabled. If you disable both, your ".." and "\" will disappear.

I had unticked Drive Combobox.
I got back now.

Sudip, you're right, I wrote about another buttons. Anyway, umbra has answered your question.

BTW there is a way to hide theese buttons by editing wincmd.ini:

[Configuration]
DriveBarHide=.

So, if this parameter contains a dot, TC won't show ".." and "\" buttons on a drive bar.
