Creating Multiple Directories Using Total Commander

Hi All
Is there any way in TC to rename multiple directories from a text file or from a list of files in a specific directory.

For example 1 have these 4 files:

file1
file2
file3
file4

Now i wolld like to create those 4 directorys

file1 (Directory)
file2 (Directory)
file3 (Directory)
file4 (Directory)
