new plugin

[Milin]

hi guys!

the usefull azeimg plugin, to read&write images (and produce bootable cd with floppy disks) is not up to date.

in official plugins page from total commander we get the v1.5, but two files are missing in the packages.

on
http://info.elf.stuba.sk/packages/pub/pc/utilfile/
you get the whole v1.5
(addition of 2 files in the package)
