opentabs command error

Post by *sidefx88 »

Hi!

I used to open a bunch of preconfigured tabs from a toolbar button (and from a keyboard shortcut). But now, I want to use it again and it is not working anymore...

This is what I've got in usercmd.ini:

[em_opentabs_1]
cmd=opentabs
param=%COMMANDER_PATH%\tabs\1.tab

When I press the button or the keyboard shorcut I receive the error 'Function not implemented: em_opentabs_1'.

My TC is v7.57. My Windows is 7 x64 Ultimate.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance!

It seems that your usercmd.ini is damaged or TC uses another one. Please check that TC uses correct usercmd.ini. You may open command browser (cm_CommandBrowser) and check if your command is found by TC.
Usually TC uses usercmd.ini near its wincmd.ini, and you can check in About dialog which wincmd.ini is used.

Thanks for answering! :)

I confirm the wincmd.ini is the right one and the usercmd.ini is not corrupted! All the other commands in there work fine.

wincmd.ini and usercmd.ini are in the same directory that TC was intalled.

I opened cm_CommandBrowser and the command is recognized by TC, it is listed but not working :(

SOLVED!

There was an inconsistence between wincmd.ini (em_opentabs_1) and usercmd.ini (em_opentabs1).

I removed the "_" and now it works fine.

Sorry and thanks! :)
