Ftp has problems

To make passive mode work, the SERVER's firewall must allow the incoming data ports. It's not that difficult to configure:
1. Define a port range for passive mode in the FTP server, e.g. 10000-11000.
2. Allow this port range in the (iptables?) firewall
3. Set TC to passive mode
