Feature request: disable overlay icons for network folders

Problem: browsing of network files/folders with overlay icons enabled is painfully slow.

Proposed solution: option to disable overlay icons for network files/folders.

You can turn off EXE/LNK icons on network drives, this also turns off overlay icons there.
