How do you get that Dialog?
Ive never seen that one IN TC?

It's pretty hidden. Honestly, I don't know how it works (the help file wasn't of much help to me), but here are the steps:
"File"->"Internal Associations (Total Commander Only)..."->"Add..."->"OK"->"New..."
Windows 10 Pro x64, Windows 11 Pro x64

Click the Help button and you can read:
Action description Text shown in the context menu (right click menu) for this action. On non-English systems, this contains the translated text of the verb. Not used for internal associations.
The internal associations function uses the same dialog used for Windows associations but doesn't support action descriptions.

"Command" must be a program, you can't run .apk files directly on Windows.

2. Do you mean .ahk files?
