How to sort out directories with certain files

I have some directories with FLAC audio files only and some smaller files, coverart jpg files and so forth.

If i search for FLAC files in a certain main directory, let's say the "ripped cd's" folder, i want to sort out the FLAC folders containing the FLAC rips from the other folders which contain other less quality rips.

How do i get that? When searching for the FLAC files it's list all the FLAC files in the "ripped cd" dir but not their relating folder.
