[Implemented] Set InactiveFocus after using Ctrl+arrowLeft/Right

Currently when pressing Ctrl+arrowLeft or Ctrl+arrowRight in a "Feed to Listbox" panel, the folder of the highlighted file is opened in the opposite panel, and the same file is selected and scrolled in view.

I suggest that the InactiveFocus cursor is also set for the file.

I guess that the selection of the file in the opposite panel when using Ctrl+arrowLeft/Right in the Listbox was originally done to make it easier to find the file, but now that we have the InactiveFocus setting, maybe it could be changed, so that the file is no longer selected when InactiveFocus is enabled - maybe as an option.

The same considerations applies to using Ctrl+arrowLeft/Right in Branch View - IMHO it should work the same way in Branch View and Feed to Listbox View - currently it isn't - in Branch View only the folder is opened in opposite panel - the file is not found/selected/scrolled to.
