Pick only selected files

I want, if is possible, pick only the files selected of both panels for use in the command of a button bar. I use with parameters %P%S %T%R, but in the case I have not selected any file (don't visible at less) in the source panel or in the target panel, TC send anyway, in the command, the filename of the previous selected file (and currently deselected).

Is it standard behaviour? Is possible to pick only explicitly selected files?

If there is no selection, currently focused file is considered as selected one. Both panels have focused files.
