Question about Quick View

Post by *PhiloVance »

If I have the Quick View Panel showing and I put my cursor on a directory, I see the contents of the directory in the Quick View Panel. But the file list is different from the one that TC ordinarily shows. In fact, if the directory contains images, I see thumbnails, but the thumbnails are different from the ones I see if I select Show->Thumbnail View.

It looks remarkably like Windows Explorer! Is TC invoking Explorer to create the Quick View in these circumstances?

Thanks.

Have you checked all your Lister-plugins? Some have impact on directory-view.

Good call, Peter. It was HTML_View 1.2.6 that did the deed.

Perhaps I'll just spend a few minutes and see if I can find a replacement.

Thanks for your help.

I didn't understand what you meant at first, but by putting it before HTMLView, it intercepts the directory list situations before the other gets them. I see. Nice Plugin. Thanks for the suggestion.
