file/folder font color driven by the date

Post by *aabra1 »

does anybody know how to make file/folder font color driven by the date stamp of the file/folder.
I have it working in v7.56 now I got v8 and I have no idea how it was configured in v7.56
There are 2 folders
blah_1day_old
blah_1hour_old

colored differently.

it looks like this:

1. Click Configuration -> Options... -> Color -> Define colors by file type... (button).
2. Click Add... button.
3. Click Define button.
4. Click Advanced tab.
5. Click Not older than: 1 - hour(s).
6. Click Attributes and click two times in Directory box.
7. Click Save button.
8. Write Onehourold and click OK.
9. Click OK button.
10. Select a color and click OK.
11. Click OK button.

Do all of the above one more time, but with these differencies:
5. Click Not older than: 1 - day(s).
8. Write Onedayold and click OK.

Note that in the "Define colors by file type" dialog the Onehourold entry HAS to be placed BEFORE the Onedayold entry.
