Rigth "Alt+Enter" for properties of file

Hi, I would like to ask, why "Right Alt+Enter" not working in 8th version? Before I have used 7.56 and worked fine there? I would like to use a new version, but it makes some problem. Is there any solution for this? Thanks.

"right Alt + Enter" for file or folder properties like in windows explorer...left side is working, but right side is not.

about keyboard layout, it is English(United States)

In English(International) keyboard layout, you probably get Ctrl+Alt when you press right Alt (that's what happens on my Swiss German keyboard).
