Hello, I think I'm either blind or I'm missing the point of "Synchronize Directories" function. I have some files in left folder and some in right folder. Everything works fine except unequal files with different checksum. How can I copy them from left folder to right folder? Only unique files can be copied and that's not enough for me.
I cannot post my example images, because I'm too young on this forum. I hope you can understand me.

When you compare files by date/time in Sync tool, TC decides which files to copy and puts green/blue arrows. When you compare files by contents and ignore dates, TC can't decide which files to copy so it marks them as unequal. In any case you can select desired files and set direction using right-click context menu.
