"As Administrator" button in Shift+F4 dialog

It would be useful to have an "As Administrator" button in Shift+F4 dialog. It would allow to edit a file, which is (or its folder is) read-only for the current user.

I solved this problem by adding an item to F4Menu editors to start elevated F4Menu instance. So, after Shift+F4 I choose that item from popup menu and then elevated popup menu is opened where I choose editor.
