Is something like "fixed tab layout" possible?

With that I mean that the tabs would not "circulate" between rows, but rather stay in the same row as you click them and they would only get highlighted?

This would save time searching for the right tab when you visually remember where the tab always is. And of course you could always rearrange them by dragging...

Unfortunately not - I'm using the Windows Tab control (so it gets properly themed), and it doesn't seem to have that option.
