This works quite well, but I can't figure out how to copy files to the tablet's SD card via TC. Anybody know how?

Update:
TC can update the phone's memory, but NOT the external SD card.

Don't know if this gives what you want, but maybe the plugin [WFX] Android ADB 6.4 will give you more access.

You can browse through more then only the SD card storage.

Hey, that plugin works pretty well. Not as seamless as I'd hoped, but all in all, very handy.

Thanks!

Follow up:
The inability of TC to write to my Android phone (Samsung) appears to have been solved by turning on USN debugging on the phone.

Nonetheless, [WFX] Android ADB 6.4, mentioned above does give very nice access to the Android operating system via TC.

Wouldn't it be just as good with ftp over WiFi? E.G. install Android ftp server from The Olive Tree Software and then connect to it with TotalCmd's inbuilt ftp client.
