You can select one or more folder and execute cm_CRCcreate, it will create only one md5 file contains checsum of all files in the selected folder(s) and sub-folders.

Move what?
You didn't understand me, one could select several folders, and create one ZIP file per folder by ticking "create one archive per folder" Box.
CRC, MD5, SHA1 could be treated as any other compressor, and one could tick same Box to generate a .SFV file per selected folder, but the MOVE Box present for the rest of the archive formats (Zip,Arj,etc) should be disabled so as to avoid deleting checksumed files.

Alternative method for Confirmation after archive testing:

1. Install 7-Zip
2. Run TC, Configuration => Button bar...
3. Add a new entry on Button bar
4. Command: "C:\Program Files\7-Zip\7zG.exe"
(depends on 7-Zip installed dir.)
5. Parameters: t -an -ai@%F -scsWIN
6. Select an icon
7. Tooltip: Test Archive(s)
8. OK

This can test file under the cursor, or selected file(s).
