internal zip via command line

Do it is possible to use internal zip WCMZIP32.DLL via command line?

I'm not quite sure what you're trying to do but the DLL is based on Info-Zip. They provide a command line version.

You could also use 7-Zip (7za.exe).

WCMZIP32.DLL only does the actual data compression, not the ZIP headers. But it is indeed based on Info-Zip, so please use their tools.
